• Cancellations made at least 7 days prior to the scheduled event are eligible for a full refund of the deposit.

• Cancellations made within 7 days of the event are non-refundable, and the deposit will be retained to cover design and preparation costs.

• Cancellations made within 3 days of the event will incur a 60% charge of the total order amount, as materials and labor will have been fully committed.

• Cancellations made within 24 hours of the event are non-cancellable, and 100% of the total amount will be charged, as all arrangements will have been completed and prepared for delivery or setup.
